The Mother Road Reinvented

David Myers wrote in the Pulse recently about the current effort to secure National Monument status for much of the land through which historic Route 66 passes.  The “Mother Road” already has been recognized as one of the world’s ten most endangered cultural sites, so Senator Dianne Feinstein’s preservation initiative is both wise and timely.
